Mr. Elliott is a member of the Washington County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the William B. Putman American Inn of Court. He is married to Jessica Bell Elliott, an accountant at Hogan Taylor in Fayetteville. They have two children, Caroline and Hudson. In his free time, Rick enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Mr. Elliott was born on July 9, 1984, in Fayetteville, Arkansas and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in September of 2011. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas State Court and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He received his education from the University of Arkansas (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, 2008) and from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville (J.D. 2011). Rick is a primarily handles personal injury cases involving 18-wheeler tractor-trailer collisions, motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle collisions, and injuries arising from defective products.
